Once we believe we have found ideal candidates we will contact you to discuss proceeding.
Tenant Referencing

Our tenant sourcing service includes rigorous referencing, to check the tenant meets our affordability criteria, has no county court judgements against them, has the right to rent in the UK and has a secure financial history. We also recommend securing a family member or friend to act as a guarantor for the property to ensure you have secure reliable, high-quality tenants who respect and maintain your property.
Tenant Move-In
Once your chosen tenant passes referencing and meets all other criteria, we co-ordinate the tenant move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition for both you and your tenants. We collect rent due and the tenant deposit which will be protected by a nationally recognised deposit protection scheme. Our services include final inspections, key handovers, and detailed move-in inventories, ensuring everything is in place for a successful tenancy.
